Dr. Powell employs new, state-of-the art minimally invasive techniques utilizing innovative arthroscopic technologies to enhance healing and minimize pain. These techniques, including arthroscopic shoulder, knee and elbow surgery under local anesthesia, with nerve block and sedation, platelet rich plasma and joint lubrication injections, allow patients to recover more quickly with less discomfort. The Burbank office features an Extremity MRI for patient comfort and convenience.
